Porsche 924 2.0 Coupé 1977
- Neat condition
- Richly documented
- Well maintained
In total, Porsche built 134,689 units of the 924 and 924 Turbo, and 16,282 units of the 924 S. From its market introduction, the 924 had a six-year warranty against rusting through from the inside - unique at the time. In 1981, the 924 even got galvanised bodywork. Because of this, as well as its indestructible technology, forty-five years after its introduction, a remarkably large number of 924 models are still driving around.
This is a 924 from the year 1977. It is finished in the original 924 colour "Mars red". This paint is of fine quality and very striking. This can also be said about the interior. In it you will find, among other things, an original Blaupunkt radio. Both electric mirrors and windows are applicable. On top of this, this Porsche has a sunroof, rear window wiper, rear window heater and fog lights both front and rear. At the front of the car, you can find a Turbo grille that gives it a sportier look. At the bottom, you can find the original 8-spoke wheels that are still of nice quality.
The classic 924 is fitted with a well-run 2.0-litre inline-four cylinder. This is mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. This shifts smoothly and trouble-free. In the rear, a spare wheel can be found along with a jack. In terms of documentation, various documents are present. These consist of several invoices, inspections and other papers. This shows that the Porsche has been well maintained. The invoices from over the years show maintenance such as a replaced master cylinder, starter motor, brake caliper revision, a new muffler and more. This was carried out by a Porsche specialist, among others.
A striking and beautiful Porsche 924 for the enthusiast!
