1955 Panhard Dyna Z1 PL
*Very rare car
*Tuned 'Le mans' engine with 950cc
*Technically advanced and progressive 'Duralinox' aluminum body.
The Panhard Dyna Z produced between 1954 and 1959 is a sedan representative of the genius of French post-war engineers. Signed Louis Bionier, its round body has been studied in the wind tunnel to promote aerodynamics. It is made of Duralinox, a mixture of aluminum.
Very innovative on-board instruments are also mounted on the steering column.
On the mechanical side is the Dyna Z, powered by a tuned air-cooled 950cm3 flat twin with an output of 70 hp.
In 1959, after a production of almost 140,000 units, the Dyna Z made way for the PL17.
Our Dyna Z1 is in good condition, the body was partly restored a few years ago and the interior is very spacious and very beautiful.
The body has neat fits of the sills, fenders, doors, hood and trunk lid.
Of the only 250 Dyna Z1 PLs produced in total, this is a very unique example with a 950cc 'Le Mans' engine with 70 hp and double ignition.
If you are a Panhard enthusiast looking for a unique Dyna Z1 PL, then this is your chance.
