The BMW E23 is a historically important series of luxury sedans produced from 1977 to 1987. It was the first generation of the BMW 7 Series and played a crucial role in BMW's transformation into a premium car manufacturer.
The E23 introduced innovative technologies such as an on-board computer, anti-lock braking system (ABS), and advanced suspension, which opened the way for later BMW models.
The car was powered by several six-cylinder engines, which were both powerful and efficient. In terms of style, the E23 offered an elegant, timeless look with its characteristic 'hofmeister nod' rear window and double kidney grille.
The interior was luxurious and spacious, with high-quality materials and innovative comfort features. The E23 contributed to BMW's growing reputation as a luxury car manufacturer and established the 7 Series as a leading player in the premium segment. The heritage of the E23 lives on in the modern 7 Series and remains a milestone in BMW history.

The exterior of this BMW is cloaked in elegant Arktisblau metallic, perfectly combined with the blue fabric upholstery. The interior exudes class, with wooden mouldings highlighting the carefully crafted details. A BMW Bavaria C Business radio adds a touch of nostalgia to the journey.
The 14-inch BMW wheels are still in neat condition and add to the timeless design.
At the back of the very spacious boot, there is the spare wheel, along with the toolkit and jack. In terms of documentation, there are original manuals, a service booklet which is filled in from delivery, various invoices & inspections, counter report and a service location guide.
