An Aston Martin is a dream for many car lovers: especially one like this one with low mileage. This is an original German-delivered Aston Martin V8 Vantage that has been in the Netherlands since 2010. The car is hand-built and was delivered new on 21 December 2005 to a reputable lawyer. Executed in the beautiful anthracite colour with 19" anthracite rims and stylish burgundy interior, the balance between sporty and stylish is perfect: totally fitting for an Aston Martin. The car was imported to the Netherlands in 2010 by authorised Aston Martin dealer Kroymans and maintained there for many years. The second Dutch owner carried out the last service at a mileage of 48,475. The car is rich in options such as a leather interior, seat heating, electric adjustable seats, climate control, cruise control and rear parking sensors. This makes it - unlike many other sports cars - a practical and agile car that can be driven daily. With its 4.3-litre V8 with 385 hp driving the rear wheels, it is a sports car with still impressive performance: it accelerates to 100 km/h in 5.0 seconds and the top speed is 280 km/h. The 6-speed manual gearbox is a delight and a rarity in contemporary sports cars, especially in combination with a V8. Besides the technical condition, the optical condition is also very neat: the interior and paintwork is in good condition and the rims are damage-free. It can therefore be seen that the car has always been handled with care. A classic in the making, attractive for business use at a fraction of the new price!
Below is general information about the Aston Martin V8 Vantage
Aston Martin introduced the V8 Vantage in 2005 as a smaller and lighter model than the DB9, which featured 2 rear seats and a V12 engine. The V8 Vantage was mainly to compete with the Porsche 911 and the model proved to be a great success for Aston Martin, in fact it is the most produced Aston Martin ever. Jeremy Clarkson, presenter of the Top Gear programme named the car 'Best Sounding Car of the Year' and 'The Coolest Car of the Year'. The car has excellent handling partly because of good weight distribution. The weight is 1,570 kilograms and despite the front-mounted engine, the weight distribution is almost perfect: 51% versus 49%. Designer Henrik Fisker wanted the model to portray an "ultimate British person" with influences of James Bond as a well-groomed businessman: athletic, elegant, understated and sporty. That the car is a timeless design is evidenced by its production years: it was produced until 2017.
